Payment

We are pleased to accept payment by cheque, debit/credit cards and BACS, as detailed below.

Our obligation to you:
Action Trophies will endeavour to supply goods as illustrated. In the event of an unsatisfactory item being received we will refund or replace the item upon it's return. Any engraving error on our part will be rectified, this may require return of the original item. Should you receive a damaged or missing item from your order, please call us and we will aim to resolve the issue. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cheque

Please make cheques payable to 'Action Trophies Ltd' and post to:
Action Trophies, Unit 6 Bear Court, Roentgen Road, Basingstoke, RG24 8QT.

Please include the cheque guarantee card number on the reverse of the cheque. We reserve the right to wait until the cheque clears to our account before we release the goods.

BACS

If you would like to pay by bank transfer directly to our account we will be pleased to e-mail or fax a proforma invoice which has all our bank account details on it. For security reasons we would prefer not to publish these on the internet.

It would help us enormously if, when paying by this method, you advise us payment has been made. We reserve the right to wait until the payment clears to our account before we release the goods.
