Just a quick email to thank you for the awards which arrived in time, despite all the weather problems. I must admit I was beginning to panic but with the kind help of the lady I spoke to in your office (apologies for not remembering her name but please pass on my grateful thanks) I rang the depot in Faversham and they delivered them less than an hour later.
They looked really good and I think the students were pleased with them so, again, many thanks for your help.
