Action Trophies will endeavour to supply goods as illustrated. In the event of an unsatisfactory item being received we will refund or replace the item upon it's return. Any engraving error on our part will be rectified, this may require return of the original item.
Damaged / missing items. Should you receive a damaged or missing item from your order, please call us and we will aim to resolve the issue.
