A. We are happy to offer a discount based on order value and type of product. If we can buy a greater quantity of parts cheaper from our suppliers then we're happy to pass these savings on to our customers. Therefore, for all orders over the value of £250.00 (excluding engraving) we will ship these to a UK mainland address free of charge.
For trophy orders over £500.00 we offer a 10% discount. For trophy orders over £750.00 we offer a 15% discount. Non component trophies i.e. Glass, Crystal, Pewter and Silver Plated Trophies are generally NOT discounted. Engraving is NOT discounted. Discounts are not automatic and may not be applied if we are asked to supply goods in under a week. Any discount that may be applicable is conditional on receipt of payment before despatch or at time of collection.
A. We could, but we'd soon be out of business and therefore unable to help you next year.
We strive to offer our customers a quality product, with good service at the right price. We believe that the prices we offer are fair and have not been artificially 'inflated' so huge discounts can be offered. We offer a discount on quantity orders as we can bulk purchase items at a better price from our suppliers, it is this extra purchasing discount that we are happy to pass on to our customers. Unless specified, our brochures and website prices INCLUDE VAT, a fact often overlooked and added on by other retailers. We also include fully detailed printed trophy plates and centres for most of the trophies where appropriate at no extra charge.
A. Unfortunately Customs and Excise and our Landlord are not so charitable therefore we cannot offer any more discount than indicated above. A school/charity organisation can claim the VAT back from Customs and Excise through your usual processes, we cannot do this on your behalf.
A. The easiest way is to e-mail your requirements. Just itemise the trophies with their part code, if the trophy has a figure state what figure you want, the same for sporting centres and include the wording you want on the trophy plates. Please ensure your contact details are included - including a telephone number. If there is any thing we are not sure of we will contact you about it. We can accept payment card details on the website.
A. We believe so. The card information is sent via an encrypted section of our website called the SSL (Secure Server Layer). This is denoted by the little gold padlock symbol displayed on your website browser when this form is completed. From our server the form is decoded and e-mailed to our office via a dedicated secure mailbox. Your card is NOT charged on the website.
A. We'll be pleased to supply either an estimate or a quote without obligation. Just e-mail or fax your requirements and we'll work out the price and e-mail it back. To provide a quote we will need to know exactly what we are to do with regard to engraving. If trophy QuikPlates are required on all the trophies then these are supplied free of charge so we won't need these details to provide a quote.
A. These are a machine generated metalised plastic strip in either brushed gold or brushed silver with black printed text, or black strip with gold text. The text is fused into the strip using a print head and under normal circumstance the text will not rub off nor will the plate come away from the trophy. A. On average, we try and get orders out within 2 weeks. This always depends on what is required (10 medals on ribbons or 400 footballer figures). If the order is small and quick to complete and we have the items in stock they will often go out the next day, or the same day if required.
We will always try and accommodate very short lead times and do our best to get things to you when you need them, if we can't then we'll let you know.
A. This depends on the weight of the order. There is a minimum £5.50 carriage charge. Click on 'How To Order' link for further details. We also offer enhanced services (before noon, Saturday delivery, etc.) but there are surcharges for these options. If your order value is over £250.00 we will send it to a UK mainland address carriage free.
A. Generally the busiest period is between April and July. This is the end of the football season and the start of end of season presentations and 6-a-Side tournaments. Suppliers (and retailers) are stretched to a maximum and deliveries may be up to a week. (Usually our suppliers deliver within 2 days). Please allow extra time when placing orders in this period. The best advise we can offer is to place your orders as early as possible so that we can get the parts in and have time to get alternatives should parts be out of stock. Names for the trophies can always come later.
A. Yes. We can produce 1" (or 2") special acrylic domed centres that we will supply and fit on your trophies at no extra charge. Depending on the initial order volume there may be a one-off design origination charge. New designs will take about 2 weeks to manufacture, repeat motifs are usually delivered within a week. A. Sorry, for mail orders we require payment before the goods are despatched. To make this easier, we are able to accept payment from most debit/credit cards - including American Express - plus cheque and BACS. For Businesses/Schools/clubs etc. that wish to pay by cheque or BACS we will e-mail or fax a proforma invoice. The goods will be despatched upon receipt of cheque or notification of payment.
