If you would like to pay by on line directly to our account we will be pleased to e-mail or fax a proforma invoice which has all our bank account details on it. For security reasons we would prefer not to publish these on the internet.
It would help us enormously if, when paying by this method, you advise us payment has been made.
We reserve the right to wait until the payment clears to our account before we release the goods.

Our obligation to you: Action Trophies will endeavour to supply goods as illustrated. In the event of an unsatisfactory item being received we will refund or replace the item upon it's return. Any engraving error on our part will be rectified, this may require return of the original item.
Damaged / missing items. Should you receive a damaged or missing item from your order, please call us and we will aim to resolve the issue.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
